Pre-Approval Terms and Conditions
Repayment Method
The customer agrees to repayment by way of direct debit facility, from the customer’s bank account.
Personal Financial Information
In negotiating this contract, the customer has provided, to Money Centre the following request:
- A current bank statement. Evidence of income such as pay slips.
- The customer attests that he/she has been truthful and fulsome in revealing his/her personal financial circumstances.
Breach or default
In the event that the customer breaches or defaults, under this contract, the customer hereby agrees to pay:
- Any outstanding amounts to be paid, in full, on the selected later date/s and/or
- Direct debit dishonour payment charge of $35.00 for each dishonoured payment. Such occurring in circumstances where a direct debit is denied because of insufficient funds; and/or
- Any other expenses as may reasonably be incurred, by Money Centre, in facilitating collection of the outstanding money.
Such expenses, fees and charges shall be due and payable in total on, or before, the date of the next repayment instalment, or on or before the date/s as may be determined in accordance with Changed Financial Circumstances below, as otherwise specified by the lender or, in the absence of such date, within 30 days of the breach or default. In the event of such payment in total not being received by Money Centre on, or by, the due date/s, Money Centre reserves the right to recover all money owed by way of prosecution in the relevant court or tribunal and Money Centre will seek recovery of the loan, interest and all legal and administrative costs incurred, in full, in utilising the services of solicitors and/or debt collection agencies.
Other Dishonour Fees By Financial Institutions
You may be charged dishonour fees by your financial institution, for a declined direct debit should you default on your repayment.
Changed Address/Contact Details
In the event of changes to the customer’ address, or other contact details, during the period of the loan, the customer hereby agrees to contact Money Centre at the earliest possible occasion after such change has occurred, to inform the lender of such changes.
Changed Financial Circumstances
In the event of the customer’ financial circumstances adversely changing, during the period of the loan, the customer hereby agrees to contact Money Centre at the earliest possible occasion after such change has occurred. Where a direct debit facility is the repayment method, such contact must be made at least 24 hours before the prescribed repayment date. Only in such adverse circumstances, and subject to agreement by both the customer and Money Centre, will the terms of this contract be varied.
Definitions and Interpretations
1.This agreement applies as between you, the User of this Web Site and Money Centre the owner(s) of this Web Site. Your agreement to comply with and be bound by these terms and conditions is deemed to occur upon your first use of the Web Site. If you do not agree to be bound by these terms and conditions, you should stop using the Web Site immediately.
2. In this Agreement the following terms shall have the following meanings:
"Money Centre" means Money Centre
"Content" means any text, graphics, images, audio, video, software, data compilations and any other form of information capable of being stored in a computer that appears on or forms part of this Web Site;
"Service" means collectively any online facilities, tools, services or information that Money Centre makes available through the Web Site either now or in the future;
"System" means any online communications infrastructure that Money Centre makes available through the Web Site either now or in the future. This includes, but is not limited to, web-based email, message boards, live chat facilities and email links;
"User/Users" means any third party that accesses the Web Site and is not employed by Money Centre and acting in the course of their employment; and
"Web Site" means the website that you are currently using and any other domains owned by Money Centre unless expressly excluded by their own terms and conditions.

- Income, expense, asset, credit history and other personal details can be verification
- All applicants resides in Australia
- Suitability assessment is met
- Satisfactory results from our enquiries, including a credit reference check on each applicant.
